When did you start?
I’ve been doing this music thing for a minute, probably about 10 years or so.
How was your first show/performance?
Man, my first performance was gangsta. It was a packed house and the crowd was feeling my music, so it was all good.
What would you like to gain from your work?
I would like to gain a whole lot of fans across the globe that get down with my music and, hopefully, reach them through my hard work and lyrical content. And, of course, some muthafukin’ cash, but that’ll come after the hard work.
What would you like your audience to gain from your work?
I want my audience to gain a sense of what goes on in my world.
Who or what are your biggest influences?
To keep it 100 with you, what influences me is this thing of my wanting to have something in life, you know. In order to get that, I must stay on my grind and make it do what it do. As far as musical influences go, it’s UGK, 8Ball & MJG, Snoop Dogg, Devin the Dude, 2Pac and Too Short.
What keeps you up at night?
Long nights in the lab vibin’ to the beats, or just kicking it hard and steady at the club.
What’s next?
What’s next for me is more music until I can’t do it no more.
