Acee-Ville
Dec 2010
Amarrieon “Acee-Ville” White. I’m a true emcee that learned from the old-school—cut from a different cloth—where respect’s earned not given.
Westside San Bernardino, California, but I spent a lot of time in New York City when I was younger. The majority of my family lives out there. I was the first born in California from my family in decades.
I’m an independent artist and father.
I’ve been rapping and performing since 1992, but I really dropped in on the scene in 2009.
It was one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever had, besides the birth of my kids.
I would like to get better, wiser, heard, understood and respected on a large scale for something I’ve put my heart and soul into.
I try to keep a positive vibe, and I hope my fans walk away from my music with the same positive feelings.
There’s quite a few… My pops and moms for teaching me the importance of respecting music. My big momma and granddad. My brothers and sister. Ice Cube, Beastie Boys, The Beatnuts, Freestyle Fellowship, DJ Quik, Above The Law, Ice T, MC Eiht, Young Buck, Myka 9, Ceschi, Sole, Tommy V., Graham Factor, Def 3, BDP, Three Times Dope, Afeni Shakur, Assata Shakur, Dr. Mutulu Shakur, Tupac Shakur, Mumia Abdul Jamal, Bobby Hutton, Bobby Seale, Yaki Kadafi, Geronimo Pratt, Huey P. Newton, Coretta Scott King, Dr. Martin Luther King, Sr., Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, Rakim, Guru, Gangstarr, X Clan, Afrika Bambaataa, James Brown, Dizzy Gillespie, The Temptations, Kool Moe Dee, Busy Bee, Zapp & Roger, NWA, Prince, Spice 1, and to all the old greats of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and on.
Thinking, “Will I make it another day?”
My next album, Heart Of A King Blood Of A Slave, which should be coming out soon. Then, I’ve got the Cannabis Collection Vol. 2: Da Prescription droppin’ for all my ganja fans. After that, I’ve got my new project Smokin’ Aces droppin’. There’s a lot going on my friend!
